For all the Gays and Theys | The New Queer One-Stop Shop.
McNasty Studios, is a lifestyle and wellness platform aimed at LGBTQIA+ students and young adults starting their creative careers, saying that. Everyone is welcome, here we believe in togetherness.
We've started with this online shop we sell a selection of creative accessories as well as other lifestyle and wellness products. Although we’re still in early days, we got many plans for the website, some of these are: hosting ad space for advertising and hiring freelancers for Creative projects, these will be great for people that are seeking experience in the arts, or not got the time for long projects, can’t commit to full time creative career yet, or wants to turn a hobby into some work.
We are in the very early days of creating Nasty Zine, a journal of empowerment for radical personal change. Our goal is to make this zine really immersive, here we'll share resources and information to help you take charge of your life and help make a positive change in the world. We want it to be a collection of the incredible creative work you do! Are you an artist or a creative student? Want your work in the Zine? Get in contact with us for more info or send us a high-quality image of your work, and a bit about yourself we’ll pick our favourites for each issue, (More info on this coming soon).
We want to give students the opportunity to not only publish, but also offer different ways for these students, artists, and anyone else that enjoys learning about different creative practises, wellbeing and different world views.
We hope to very soon be able to provide an online space for live chat to provide mental health support or Just need a chat, we all do occasionally! In the meantime if you feel like you need someone to chat to you can check out some of the links below Helplines and websites.
